John Squire brings to Amazing Charts more than 26 years of software industry experience, 12 of them in health and life sciences. Most recently, John was Senior Director of Alliances and Cloud Strategy for Microsoft’s U.S. Health and Life Sciences Business Unit. At Microsoft, he was responsible for the partner ecosystem in Healthcare and Life Sciences, including all major EHR/ EMR solutions and systems integrators.
John has previous experience in sales, marketing, and product management roles at IBM, Dassault Systems, Formation Systems, and Interleaf and he has overseen more than 30 successful product launches. He holds a BS in Physics and Computer Science from Ursinus College and an MBA from Harvard.
Dan Levy oversees the development, quality assurance, and program management organizations at Amazing Charts and is responsible for delivering high quality software products at great value to the Amazing Charts community.
Dan is a software industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building software engineering teams and commercial software products. Prior to joining Amazing Charts, Dan was CTO at Outcome Sciences, a division of Quintiles, a leading global Contract Research Organization. Dan previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Outcome Sciences and prior to that was Vice President of Engineering at Formation Systems. Dan has held a number of engineering management and software development roles at both private and publicly held companies.
Dan has a bachelor’s degree in General Science from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in Software Engineering from Boston University,
Charlie Schachter has nearly 25 years of technology marketing experience. At Amazing Charts, Charlie is responsible for all marketing activities, including lead generation, public relations, advertising, direct marketing, online marketing, and social media.
Starting his career at a New York City PR agency specializing in technology, Charlie next ventured out to Silicon Valley, where he spent nearly a decade in various corporate positions and then started his own consulting business. Charlie’s unique breadth and depth of experience is the product of his successful engagements with more than 200 clients, ranging from early-stage start-up companies to industry behemoths such as Intel and Microsoft.
Patricia Viveiros is responsible for the support functions of Amazing Charts and welcomes suggestions to enhance our client’s experience.
Patricia has been leading technical support teams for over seven years with the goal of ensuring that each client is attended to timely and accurately. Her diagnostic and analytical skills provide for timely resolution of issues. She supports her team in rising to be the best they can be to meet client expectations.
Patricia stays current in the technical arena by keeping abreast of the latest technology. In addition to understanding the product, she works closely with the Development Team to incorporate modifications to better serve our clients.
Paul LaBelle has more than 25 years of experience developing commercial software in the healthcare and insurance industries.
Throughout his career as a software engineer, consultant, and architect, Paul has taken a keen interest in using the latest technology to provide innovative software. Paul has used his expertise in software development to create enterprise level software on many platforms including IBM mainframes, Windows client server, and the internet. Paul also adds experience to the development process with a focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
His mission for the Amazing Charts development team is to create products that continue our tradition of simplicity and usability while providing solutions to the future requirements of the medical industry.
Bob Berard has over 25 years of Quality Assurance experience in both defense and enterprise organizations delivering mission critical software. At Amazing Charts, Bob is tasked with execution of solid quality practices to reach quality objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
Early in his career, Bob worked as a Department of Defense employee focusing on verification of submarine combat systems. Most recently, Bob served as Quality Director at a large corporation leading all quality activities related to both hardware and software development for data centers. These positions demanded extremely high levels of software quality and mature test processes.
Bob has earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and has significant experience driving quality processes and leading quality teams.
Christine Tremblay is accountable for bringing the company’s software solutions to market and envisioning Amazing Charts’ long-term strategy. She has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare technology spanning Operations and Client Services, Product Management and Product Marketing.
Christine is a leader and innovator with a passion for building software solutions and services that deliver high value by improving efficiencies in clinical and financial workflows. Her entire career has been in healthcare: first in the professional practice setting, then with a payer and employee benefits outsourcing organization and finally in the healthcare information technology business sector. Prior to her current position at Amazing Charts, Christine has held Product Management roles at NaviNet and Edifecs where she was responsible for managing successful product portfolios.
For more than 25 years, Rick Cole has been engaged in direct sales, sales management, account management, and customer training and support, in Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems and client services in the medical practice space. He’s worked with every size of practice, from solo physicians to hospital-based Independent Practice Associations. This has been accomplished at both large public companies and small private start-ups, including NextGen, Medic/Misys, and MedSym Solutions.
Rick’s operative theme has always been to give the customer more than expected, and in kind, create a solid revenue stream and enjoy a great customer reference base.
