For just $995/year per provider, you receive all program upgrades, database updates, ePrescribing (for DEA-licensed providers only), and full access to our highly-rated technical support team.

Technical Support

Guardian Angel technical support includes telephone, email, chat, and immediate remote access to support personnel. Our Help Desk is staffed from 8AM to 9PM EST, and we always are on-call for after-hours emergency support.

The Help Desk goal is to solve all issues during the initial contact. If it can't be sorted out immediately, the problem is escalated to an expert who can solve it.

Program Upgrades

Amazing Charts is regularly enhanced and improved based on what our clients tell us they need. Subscribers to Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance get all our program updates and upgrades and access to our beta versions before they are officially launched.

Database Updates

Subscribers to Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance receive regular and automatic updates of our full Multum medication database, pharmacy databases, billing databases (including ICD, CPT, and HCPCS), Health Maintenance databases (USPSTF, CDC), and others.

These database updates arrive automatically with the Program Upgrades, and don't require manual database alterations by a database administrator.

ePrescribing

The Amazing Charts EHR system contains a robust and built-in ePrescribing module that includes drug-drug and drug-allergy interaction checking, the ability to both print and transmit prescriptions electronically (via Surescripts), and electronic prescription renewal features.

Subscribers to Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance get this complete ePrescribing functionality at no additional charge. (ePrescribing is only available for licensed providers who are legally permitted to prescribe medications and requires an application and verification of identity.)

Recurrent Interface Charges Waived

Subscribers to Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance do not have to pay annual interface charges for interfaces that otherwise are charged annually. These include laboratory, radiology, hardware, and other interfaces to third party products.
