  • 10:15 - 11:30am: Scheduling, Messaging, and Reporting - How to use the scheduling tool, sending intraoffice messages, how to run reports, checking in/out patients, and using addendums to update signed charts
  • 11:30am - 12:00pm: Front Office Tools - How to use the scheduling tool, sending interoffice messages, new Version 9 workflows for forwarding and updating charts
  • 12:00 - 1:00pm: Lunch - Provided by Amazing Charts
  • 1:00 - 2:30pm: Cutting time with effective charting - Focusing on the patient encounter with a focus on templates and reviewing how to effectively use electronic prescribing, clinical decision support, patient education, and problems
  • 2:00 - 3:00pm: Reporting - Using intelligent reports to gain insights on your patient panel and generate revenue
  • 3:00 - 3:15pm: Break
  • 3:15 - 4:00pm: Letter Writing - Learn to create custom letters for patients and referring providers
  • 4:00 - 5:00pm: Intro to MIPS/MACRA - An introduction to the new MIPS/MACRA program and how it affects your office

Day 2: Amazing Charts Practice Management Training (designed for current ACPM users)

  • 8:30 - 9:30am: Amazing Charts Praictice Management (ACPM) Overview - Amazing Charts and ACPM integration and how to navigate ACPM
  • 9:30 - 10:30am: Administration - Customizing ACPM tables to fit your practice workflow
  • 10:30 - 10:45am: Break
  • 10:45 - 11:45am: Front Desk Workflow - Recommended workflows and shortcuts for Front Desk staff
  • 11:45am - 12:00pm: Morning Question & Answer Session
  • 12:00 - 1:00pm: Lunch - Provided by Amazing Charts
  • 1:00 - 2:00pm: Billing Practices - Best practices for billing out of ACPM and how to manage claims in ACPM Portal
  • 2:00 - 3:00pm: Managing Insurance Payments and Patient Payments - How to post insurance payments and troubleshoot other payment scenarios in ACPM
  • 3:00 - 3:16pm: Break
  • 3:15 - 4:00pm: Reporting - ACPM Reports & ACPM Portal Reports - Overview of reports available in ACPM and the ACPM Portal, including recommended reports to run on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • 4:00 - 5:00pm: End-of-Day Question & Answer Session
