• ePRESCRIBING: Due to updated Surescripts regulations, non-codified medication can no longer be transmitted via electronic prescription (eRx) and will be e-faxed instead. Faxed scripts are counted AGAINST you for Meaningful Use. The take home message is to codify your med prescriptions! (To help with this issue, we have added codified supplies to our medications database. If you need help codifying your prescriptions, please contact support for assistance.)
• V3 and earlier users users will have to upgrade their main computer to V6.1 before upgrading to 6.3.  Client computers can be directly upgraded to 6.3.

MEANINGFUL USE

• All refills are now captured as electronic prescriptions from Meaningful Use
• We made a number of changes to CQMs to include more information entered during charting. These include:
• Added an option to include or not include midlevel's statistics in co-signing provider's statistics
• Increased timeout interval in Reports Wizard to correct an issue where the Wizard could timeout on large databases
• Added REFUSED to race, ethnicity, and language preference field dropdowns
• Removed scheduled drugs from numerator count in ePrescriptions: this corrected an issue where scheduled drugs were erroneously included in the count
