Sure, it adds the addendum to the bottom of the plan, helpful for those "BTW Doc..." Moments, or momentary lapses like "Dang I forgot that rash"

You can go to Admin section and export families or patients. Or use search, choose demographics, then inactive, then false and you will get all of your patients. You can then export to Excel in both .xls and .csv and .txt. The latter two can be expor

Well, either you are doing something wrong or it is doing something wrong, because mine prints exactly the same. Can you copy and paste your settings from the Star Printer.
