This may have beed addressed before, but I could not find it in my search. Is there any way to search the EMR for information included in an addendum? It appears that the search engine for the reports totally neglects to offer "Addendum"

when it became impossible to merge databases I by default had 2 separate instances of AC: the office 'server based-lots of patient/data' and assisted living facility 'lives on a separate laptop about 40 patients no so big database' so I beta test on

That may depend on your practice management system. AC handles each somewhat differently in the options it presents.

I have used both desktop and cloud versions of Updox, and prefer the cloud version. I really like to hover the cursor over the document without clicking to enlarge the document. Makes it much easier to read and find the place to sign with minimal c

There is no need to run DBCC checks on a database very frequently even on a production server. And, definitely not required for READ only purposes. Have you installed any third-party tools on the read only server? If you require more help, please
