oops not an immunization

A well-intentioned (and somewhat dyslexic?) MA placed a PPD on a patient and documented under immunization Td (guess she thought it was Tb). Documented the write manufacturer for PPD, lot number etc... just called it Td - immunization. Chart is sent to me to sign - and I catch the error. And I can't figure out how on God's green earth I can fix it. Any ideas?

Go to the summary page, on the immunization section, second tab and if you double click on the immunization, it opens up the annotation window that gives you the option to delete.

Wendell: I have no such luck in Version 5.0.24. When I double click the "immunization" on the health maintenance and injections "complete" tab where it is displayed on the summary page... I get the HM:Immunizations and Shots window where it is proudly displayed as a Td immunization I did not give. If I click on it here... nothing happens. double click. right click. Here a click - there a click. Nada. Zippo. Zilch. Still with erroneous documentation. Thanks, though. I'm open for more suggestions. Although I've now saved the chart and re-oriented the staff member. I figure prevention is the only option for immunization errors since they don't seem modifiable after the fact.

I am using 5.0.24. When I double click the immunization I get an edit box and on the Right hand side is a delete button. I have done this in the office and double checked at home with the same results before I posted both last time and this because I couldn't quite remember which tab. I'm not sure why it doesn't like you

Try this. Go to Summary Sheet/Health maintenance & injections, select Complete. Highlight by left clicking once one of vaccines or in your case PPD. Then place the cursor on the date when it was given and repeatedly RIGHT CLICK it until a window with a delete option appears.

Correction:
Highlight by left clicking once the DATE of one of the vaccines given, or in your case the DATE when the PPD was given.
Then place the cursor on the DATE when it was given and RIGHT CLICK it several times until a window with a delete option appears.
Let us know if this works.
