I cannot login to AC as user, just as ADMIN, which doesn't get me to the EMR program. I get message that I have not verified license in last 120 days. I don't have Guardian Angel Support, as I use AC just for old records. I have the Registration Code, but this computer has no internet access (not allowed by current employer). I assume the code must go via internet to AC office? Not sure how this verification works. AC won't help me due to no GA support.Any ideas? I need access to AC, as it holds records from 2006-2015.

have you tried changing/resetting the password for login account so that you can log into the application?

It will only let me log in as ADMIN and not as physician/clinical. My username is not in the dropdown. I added another user, but it doesn't drop down as an option.

The name doesn't have to be in the dropdown, you can just type it in. Then type in the matching password.

If that still doesn't work, you can try ghosting the machine back 3 months, disconnect from the network, and restart it and try.
