Anyone else having trouble getting IT Guardian support on Columbus Day today? Just need to get hold of someone for an easy fix.

They are closed today - anything I can help with?

We are working.

Thanks if you can get AC Guardian support to reboot my nurses server, would be fantastic, she is down and out on a busy day, sorta screws up patient care. Easy two second fix, there is suppose to be Guardian support on call, just having difficulty reaching them to get my Emergency corrected on Columbus Day.

My AC was down all morning and no Guardian Angel available. I finally was able to solve it myself but it was pretty frustrating. I would guess most doctor's offices do not close for Columbus day.

Guess you cannot get sick on this day in history..I cannot remember in 13 years being on AC that they were off for Columbus Day

What bugged me was they say they have a tech on call for crises on holidays, which mine definitely was. The tech never called back all day. I was trying to decide whether to wait for the tech, try to get a hold of Indy or Sandeep, or keep trying to fix it myself.

Yes, that was my complaint too, I pay for Guardian Support and expect to be helped out in a crisis, which when your only nurse cannot access AC on a busy day, that constitutes a crisis that needs to be handled. I never did get a call from AC Guardian support after three phone calls today, Indy is the only one who responded to my concern today, and I am glad he knows people in high places smile.

They did have someone on today, and we had a client that was down and was in the queue early. We got the client up before he called, but the particular non-urgent AC couldn't get resolved, so I told him to go on and keep working the queue, and I'll take a call from one of their more senior guys tomorrow.

Jim popped up shortly after that, so I reached out and got the tech's help in getting that quickly resolved since I knew exactly what the issue was.

My guess is that he was at it all day, and never got all the way through the queue.

I'm glad to help out, and it got done because I could reach out quickly after my call with a point request.

I know I'm dating myself, but as I said, "I've got Friends in Low Places."

We called about 8:30 central time. If he didn't get that far into the queue then a lot of people out there had a bad day.
