Not trying to continually disagree with you. Just confused. We have called them three times, and they swear they have no intention of stopping support or MAINTENANCE. I had forgotten about it until today when I paid over a thousand dollars for my support contract. We almost never use support other than to get the updates. So, if it were EOL, at some point there would be no support of updates/upgrades. I just upgraded to v9.1. If they were going to belly up, would they take my $1,000+? And, if they were going to support it but not do updates, would they charge the same annual fee? Again, if there were no upgrades, I wouldn't pay for support I don't use.
Just so confused. Do you have written confirmation that they are jumping in the toaster? Just asking.
