“During my free trial, I charted a few patients in both Amazing Charts and Medinotes to see how they compared. Hands down Amazing Charts was simpler, faster, and more efficient."

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) 2009 EHR User Satisfaction Survey (n=2,012)

The journal Family Practice Management (FPM) publishes a biennial survey of EHR user satisfaction among family practice physician members of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

To determine satisfaction the study asked respondents to indicate their level of agreement with thirteen statements. When asked the following key questions, Amazing Charts users rated Amazing Charts higher than other EHR users rated their own systems:

  • "Overall this EHR is easy and intuitive to use."
  • "Documenting care is easy and effective with this EHR."
  • "This EHR is worth the expense."
  • "I am highly satisfied with this EHR system."

Conclusion: For all four of these key questions, Amazing Charts received the highest rating, beating competing EHRs including eClinicalWorks (eCW), Praxis, Soapware, Centricity, Allscripts, NextGen, e-MDs, MediNotes, etc (Family Practice Management, 12/09)
