Our annual support and maintenance subscription costs just $995/year per clinician. This includes all our software updates, upgrades, technical support, even ePrescribing. In fact, other than the optional charges listed below, there are no "extra" module fees, no required training charges, no complicated user agreements, and no other licensing nonsense requiring you to pay a monthly fee for years to come.

How an EHR is priced reflects on how an EHR company thinks about its clients. Just as we believe it is our clients who should define what and how their EHR should function, so too do we believe that an EHR should be priced fairly and transparently.  All our pricing is clearly displayed below so there are no surprises later.

Amazing Charts Software License (required, details)

$1,995 per provider (one-time)

Our pricing is based solely on the number of providers who make patient-care decisions (i.e., physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners). You DO NOT have to pay for secretaries, office managers, medical assistants, or even nurses, nor do you have to pay based on the number of computers you have.  License includes first year of annual maintenance.

 

Training & Implementation (optional)

More than 99% of our practices have learned Amazing Charts without formal training. Not only is Amazing Charts very user-friendly and intuitive, we also provide online demonstrations and training at no cost.


For practices that really are not comfortable with trying to learn an EHR their own, and would prefer for us to come set up Amazing Charts and train the staff, we are happy to do this, but will charge you $1500/day with a two day minimum. (Again, fewer than 1 in 100 practices have needed this.)

 

Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance (optional, details)

$995/year per provider (annual)

The first year of annual maintenance and support is included with the initial licensing fee. This is our maintenance and support subscription, and includes ePrescribing, Drug/Drug and Drug/Allergy interaction checking, and essentially everything else not listed here.

 

OffSite Backup Service (optional, details)

$250/year per practice (annual)

Amazing Charts Billing Service (optional, details)

Interfaces to third party programs and services (optional, details)

  • Laboratory, radiology interfaces: $0 to $500 one time charge. Historically 99% of our practices have received this free as the lab or radiology company pays us the fee directly on behalf of the practice.
  • Interface to third-party practice management programs: $500/practice
  • Interfaces to hardware (ECG, Spirometry, Holter, etc.): $250 each

Interface charges are for Amazing Charts' connection to the third-party product only. Many of these third-party products cost money themselves, and/or may charge more for their side of the interface to an EHR. Interface charges do not recur if you subscribe to Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance service (so you can get the updates and interface enhancements as they are released). Non-subscribers to our maintenance service will be charged annually for these interfaces.
