Some users are seeing a notification in their Amazing Charts message inbox that an Amazing Charts automated process has failed that lists the Service Task Name: MedsUpdates as the impacted service.
We are aware of this message and Amazing Charts is working to correct the issue generating it for all users. There is no action required by users at the practice to address at this time.
